The Online Master of Human Resource Management program addresses the need for skilled professionals who are well versed in the current theories and best practices of the field. In the program, students take a series of classes covering key human resource management areas such as employee relations, staffing, training, legal environment, and rewards. The program is targeted at practicing HR professionals who wish to advance in the profession as well as managers with HR responsibilities. The online MHRM program will consist of 30 credit hours. Twenty-four of the hours will be composed of eight required courses. The remaining six hours will be composed of elective courses. If a student is more interested in research, he or she can choose six credit hours of research.
