WHY AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING?
The transport industry is facing new challenges, such as fuel economy, alternative fuel use, green energy – hybrid and electric vehicles, intelligent driving support systems, increasing safety requirements, environmental changes and global warming, vision of zero accidents, etc. Therefore, this situation requires professionals who are trained to deal with these challenges and are familiar with new technologies and management systems.
The aim of a master’s degree in Automotive Engineering is to produce well-trained students who will be future professionals and respond to the needs of this industrial sector.
WHAT WILL STUDENTS LEARN?
Automotive Engineering (along with transport engineering) is a branch of vehicle engineering, incorporating elements of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydrodynamic, software, and safety engineering. Is applied to: investigate and design, manufacture, and operation of mobile machinery, railway transport, motorcycles, automobiles, and trucks and their respective engineering subsystems.
