The focus of the master’s degree program “Religions, Cultures, Society” is the study of contemporary religion using social science methods. In the basic modules, basic knowledge of religious studies and social theories is acquired. This takes place partly in block seminars in order to quickly develop theCompetenciesto enable. In the module group “Religion and Culture in Contemporary Societies” the view is specifically expanded beyond Europe and North America.
