The European Law LLM offers a broad perspective on the governance of Europe and examines the role of its institutions in the global legal order. You will develop specialist knowledge of the law of the European Union as well as the intergovernmental Council of Europe and European Court of Human Rights. We will address the substantive laws these institutions have adopted. You can tailor your LLM to your interests and career goals by choosing from modules on a variety of topics such as European trade, how the single market works, and what the impact of Brexit will be.
