The MSc in Environmental Sciences provides not only the adequate scientific basis, but also the understanding of the fundamental links between the observation, modeling and monitoring of environmental phenomena, each reinforcing the credibility and quality of the other. The training program focuses on study areas affected by both physical and chemical processes (e.g. groundwater, landslides, landfills, diffuse or point pollution), as well as by interactions between environmental disturbers and living organisms. This interdisciplinarity makes it possible to train future and future professionals capable of dealing with interactions of increasing complexity between the critical zone, ecosystems and human activity.
