UAA’s educational leadership program is a two-year graduate program that focuses on school leadership. The program is designed for students who want to earn a master’s degree and pursue a Type B Administrative Credential endorsement from the State of Alaska. The educational leadership master’s degree program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and meets the National Educational Leadership Preparation (NELP) standards for school leader preparation.
