On this course, you will study a theoretical and practical introduction to the main legal issues arising from the globalisation of the world economy. You will examine both the wider issues of governance and regulation, and specific legal issues arising from various types of international business transactions. The course also develops your understanding of, and asks you to consider, legal implications of the changing roles of international economic institutions in both global and regional contexts.
