The MAcc curriculum is a 30-credit-hour program of study offered through the Accounting graduate program designed to be completed in two regular semesters and a summer term or in three semesters for students with an undergraduate degree in accounting. Students without prior or complete business and accounting training must acquire basic competency in the following business core foundation areas: accounting, statistics, management information systems, economics, finance, marketing, and management. These competencies may be acquired through specified business core foundation course work. The specific number of business core foundation courses required depends on the applicant’s prior academic work.
