The on-campus MSIT program is designed for professionals without technology backgrounds while also further developing the skills and qualifications of those with technical experience. The MSIT program is a STEM program and organized in such a manner so that students will be exposed to all areas of information technology, enhancing any career field, even for those without IT backgrounds. The 33-hour on-campus MSIT program includes 24 hours of required courses covering broad technological areas, such as database management, cloud computing, electronic commerce, and enterprise architecture. The degree is aimed at providing a comprehensive perspective of the technology profession, and as such, will prepare students for the technological challenges in today’s industries.
