36 monthsThe Master of Divinity Program at the University of Notre Dame serves the Catholic Church and its mission by preparing men and women for ministerial and apostolic service in, with, and for the Church. Focusing on the human, intellectual, pastoral, and spiritual dimensions of personal development in preparation for lay and ordained ecclesial ministry, candidates have the opportunity both to reflect on the Church's theological tradition and to experience and to share first-hand in its ministerial life. It is in this way that they personally engage and express in their own life and circumstances the Mystery of Faith, seeking to configure their life and ministry to Christ, their Lord and the Model for all ministry.
