The Master of Science (MS) in Environmental Science prepares students for careers as professionals in natural science fields or for study in a doctoral degree program. This program focuses on understanding the science of ecology, the utilization of scientific methods and interaction between human activities and natural systems. It offers an integrated study of ecosystems (uplands, wetlands, estuaries and coastal systems), environmental education and public outreach. The program's curriculum consists of 36 credit hours in total.
